Every order leaves our hands looking like something worth opening. No plastic, no rush, no extra charge.
Tissue & ribbon
Soft, unbleached tissue paper and cotton ribbon. Simple materials, done properly. Every box gets the same attention.
A personal note
Add a message at checkout and we'll write it on a card and tuck it inside. Short and sweet is usually best.
A sprig of something
When the season allows, we add a small cutting of local herbs or dried flowers. A tiny detail that makes it feel like here.

Materials
Unbleached tissue, recycled kraft card, and natural cotton ribbon. A small Heart Hotels label seals each package.
Timing
Villa deliveries are usually within a few hours. Departure packs are ready by 9am on your last day.
Fragile items
Ceramics, oils, and anything delicate gets extra padding with shredded kraft. For international shipping, we double-box everything.
